What is the difference between Thermage and Sofwave?

  • Cleansing and makeup are allowed immediately after the procedure.
  • Avoid excessive drinking, saunas/steam rooms, hot baths, strenuous exercise, and scrub products for 3–5 days after the procedure.
  • Depending on your skin condition, mild bruising, swelling, tingling, or warmth may occur; these are generally mild and typically subside within a few days.
  • To enhance the effects of the procedure, it is recommended to take antioxidants such as Vitamin C, ensure adequate hydration, and use moisturizers. Always apply sunscreen when going outdoors.
