Retention Period: 3 years

Records related to contracts or cancellations: 5 years

Provision of Personal Information

The Clinic does not, in principle, provide users’ personal information to third parties.

However, exceptions are as follows.

When required by law or for investigative purposes under legal procedures.

Users may at any time view or modify their registered personal information and request to cancel their registration.

To view or modify their personal information, users can click “Change Personal Information” (or “Modify User Information”). To cancel registration, they can click “Unregister” and complete identity verification to directly view, correct, or withdraw their data.

Personal information terminated or deleted upon user request is processed in accordance with the “Retention and Use Period for Personal Information” and is not used for any other purpose.
